Who we are

The Word-Back Week is a digital meal plan sold as a PDF. You can reach us at support@reneecallahan.com.

What we collect on this page

This page does not ask you for personal information and does not use forms. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may also receive your IP address.

When you buy

Checkout and payment are handled by Kiwify, our payment provider. When you buy, Kiwify collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email address and payment information. We do not see or store your full card number. Kiwify's own privacy policy applies to that information. We receive your name and email so we can deliver your PDF, answer support requests and handle refunds.

Links with tracking codes

If you arrive through a link with campaign codes (for example, utm_source), those codes are passed to the checkout page so we know which link you came from. They are not sent anywhere else.

How we use your information

We use it only to deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@reneecallahan.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
